Drive to either Devon’s Westward Ho!, or Cornwall’s popular Bude with miles of sandy beaches to spend memorable days surfing, swimming or sunbathing.

This charming barn is quietly situated amongst a handful of other properties with its own private driveway. Park and unload beside the barn and plan your adventures. Heading into the barn you find yourself in the open-plan lounge/diner with a wood burner, a Smart TV/DVD, exposed beams, and limestone flooring. Moving on to the kitchen, this has underfloor heating and is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Heading up the staircase to the bedroom which has a double bed, exposed beams, and views of the surrounding countryside.
