This beautiful, brand new apartment is located in a apartment Villa, in small tourist town called Bibinje,only 250m from the nearest beach. The villa consists of 4 modernly equipped apartments that share a heated swimming pool on the roof terrace with a view of the city and the sea.
Apartment A2 islocated on the ground floor of the villa and occupies an area of 83 m2. It consists of two modern bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal joined with the dining room where 6 people can be seated. Attached to the dining room is a stylish living room decorated in muted neutral tones, making it the perfect place for relaxation and socialization. The sofa in the living room is extendable, which means that the Apartment A2 can house up to 4+2guests.
The greatest feature of this apartment Villa is the 32 m2 heated swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea on the rooftop terrace of the villa. Surrounded by lounging chairs it is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. For those who enjoy cooking, there is also a barbecue area.
