Situated on the 1st floor of a residence without an elevator, this bright 80 sqm space stands out for its clean design, ocean views from every room (except the bathroom), and its soothing atmosphere.

Start your day with a coffee on the wrap-around balcony overlooking the Atlantic, then stroll to the nearby Halles market or the Grande Plage. In the evening, relax in the peaceful living room or enjoy the vibrant city right outside your door. Located near Place Georges Clémenceau, the apartment is in the very heart of historic Biarritz. You’re just steps from Place Bellevue — a former seaside promenade with panoramic ocean views — as well as the Galeries Lafayette, the Halles market, shops, cafés, restaurants, and the town’s main beaches (Grande Plage, Port-Vieux…).

The neighborhood is calm in the off-season and livelier during the summer months, yet it always retains its pleasant and vibrant character. Everything is within walking distance, in the unique atmosphere of the imperial city.

- Trash bins are located outside the residence, about 80 meters away, near the Galeries Lafayette
- The view from the balcony overlooks a lively area, which may be too animated during high season for those seeking absolute quiet
