- a fully-equipped modern kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- one bedroom with king-size bed 180 cm,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- three bathrooms with shower,
- 2 separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, Wifi, air conditioning,
- one underground parking space.

Access to the pool and services of the Sofitel is available for an additional fee.
→ Outside of July and August, residents can access the Sofitel swimming pool for an extra charge.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
