- a bedroom with a double bed and a simple bed on a mezzanine,
- a perfectly-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)

- hoover, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer,
- baby bed, high chair (on demand),
- TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system.

Note : since the apartments have high ceilings, there are a lot of stairs to take.

Located in the Saint Martin neighbourhood, it offers a life quality thanks to its numerous shops and its proximity to the city center and the beaches. It's only 1km away from the city center : you'll be able to enjoy all the shops and activities of Biarritz. The Saint Martin park and the Marion Lake will be a perfect green haven to relax. A few addresses that we recommend : the bakery "La baleine" at the foot of the building, and the restaurants "Jack the Cockerel" and "Prima Les Colonnes".
