Welcome to Villa AMORE! Located 5 minutes from the centre of Biarritz, this magnificent contemporary villa offers an elegant and uncluttered living space. With its 250 square metres, it offers spacious and modern spaces, perfectly suited to unforgettable holidays with family or friends. This villa is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room bathed in natural light. Two large sofas invite you to relax. Next to this is a dining area with a table that can seat up to 8 guests. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area.

The villa has two suites on the ground floor. The master suite has a Queen-size double bed and a bathroom with a double shower, heated towel rail and double washbasin. The bedroom opens onto an outdoor terrace. The second suite is also equipped with a Queen-size double bed and a shower room with shower and washbasin. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a terrace with a dining table and plancha grill lets you enjoy meals al fresco. The heated outdoor swimming pool is secured by an underwater electric roller shutter, guaranteeing peace and quiet for families with children.

On the first floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen-size double bed, a storage cupboard and a mezzanine with a single bed. A bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate WC, complete this floor. A lounge area with a sofa and large television offers an additional relaxation area.

Villa AMORE is fully equipped to meet all your needs. We are baby friendly and provide a cot, high chair and baby bath. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, an American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. Air conditioning ensures your comfort. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the villa.

Please note that the villa is located in the air corridor of Biarritz airport, so there may be some noise pollution from passing aircraft.

The services included for this stay include :

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

## Neighborhood

The villa is located in a charming neighbourhood. Only a 25 minute leisurely walk, or 5 minute drive, to downtown and Grand Beach.
This neighbourhood also offers convenience with nearby shops, including a bakery and pharmacy. Everything is close at hand to make your daily life easier.

What's more, "le Connecteur" is just 300 metres away. You'll find coworking spaces where you can set up your own business or organise professional events, learn from experts or simply develop your professional network over a coffee.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

- Public transport: You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 15 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: It is advisable to check the signs to avoid any parking offences.

## Notes

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once your booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organise your stay.
- For your check-in: you will be welcomed by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
