"Straight to what you are probably wanting to know. -AC is very good. August at 96F, no issues having the room cool quickly < 10 min from a dedicated split unit. -Breakfast was great with mix of greek and continental items. Best for couples looking for a quiet bed and breakfast experience deep within the Old Town. Boutique hotel with a modern touch in a historic area surrounded by quieter restaurants and cafes off the main tourist strip. The staff was friendly, helped coordinate our taxis and...

"Ideal for small group trips"

"I can't praise Utopia enough, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation, perfect location and a wonderful breakfast. But the best thing about our stay that made it special was Effie and Yiannis, what absolute perfect hosts they are. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian husband that doesn't like cheese! It was also my husbands birthday while we were there and they decorated our apartment with balloons, hats etc and put a lovely...

"I had a wonderful stay at Elaia-Fos. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were with my dietary requirements. Their attention to detail and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Elaia-Fos and would love...

"Hyggeligt og en varm imødekommende stemning. Virkelig god service og altid venlige. Maden dejlig! Tak for en dejlig uge. "

"The family suite was a very nice respite for our family of 4. The hotel is very positioned, off the highly trafficked main square of old town Rhodes. The breakfast restaurant downstairs was our favorite of the entire trip to greece."

"Balkon med City udsigten var en baggård med ventilations system."

"Total amazing places. Not a single bad word can be said about it. We really enjoyed our stayed. The breakfast and hosts are amazing!"

"Havde en enkelt overnatning inden jeg skulle videre til Athen med færge. Super søde mennesker i både reception og bar, som bød på gratis velkomstdrink mens jeg ventede på nøglen til værelset. Nem ind- og udtjekning. Det ligger utroligt centralt i Rhodos by, perfekt placering!"

"Received an older room than booked, without safetybox, minibar and Netflix which was specified. Despite this, I was refused to cancel my two nights booking, which was disappointing. I had to complain to Expedia, after which I received compensation. The breakfast was very good."
