"Staff obliging and courteous Clean hotel "

"Nice place... friendly... rooms are big.. We had a suite but we got no daily news paper or fruit even though i mentioned it. The spa is not open and no mention of it till I tried to book a hairdresser and facial.. They helped to book at the Radison hotel nearby which is not the best place as the hotel is runned down andvover priced. Park plaza is 10x better and more modern. "

"The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance."
