For keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coast or you can venture into the countryside and the nearby High Weald (under 20 miles), an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For some more fantastic views along the coast, head to nearby Hastings (under 4 miles) and take a trip up the East Hill funicular (under 5 miles), England’s steepest cliff railway or head west to the elegant seaside town of Eastbourne (13.5 miles).

The property is accessed via 16 wide shallow steps. You enter the property into the welcoming hallway and head through into the light and airy lounge. Enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable sofas, watching your favourite programmes on the TV and DVD player. Heading through to the kitchen/diner, the dining area has comfortable seating for everyone to kick back in and wait for those delicious family meals that are being whipped up in the kitchen. Said kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed the troops with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading back into the hallway you will find two bedrooms: a king-size with a Smart TV and a twin bedroom. Leading off from the kitchen is a delightful conservatory with two rattan chairs which are the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine with the pooch.
