The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...

"Great Hotel. Newly built but without the kinks the a newly bulit hotel may have. The family room we stayed in was very nicely designed with a great theme and a great modern design. Restaurant staff and Reception staff was very friendly. Town of Laveno is not the biggest city on the coast, but certainly has it's share of nice restaurants. For a more lively town(=bigger) take the ferry across the lake to Intra for a small day trip. Ferry runs at least every 30 minutes"

"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."

"We regularly stay here and it is always a great experience. Nice hosts, clean, quiet. We really appreciate the sauna after skiing and the half pension plan. Bus very convenient to go into Saas Fee for skiing. Highly recommended !"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!"

"Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!"

"Hotel er ikke så stort, men har en hyggelige restaurant, samt bar.. Morgenmaden er velsmagen, og har et lille godt udvalg af lokale pølser. Mend hensyn til ½ pension, kan man aftale det på dagen, om man ønsker at spiser der om aftenen... Der vil så være 2 5 retters menuer at vælge i mellem. Når ,man er der for at står på ski, kan man opbevare sine ski og støvler i Hotellets aflåste skirum, som ligger nær lifterne, hvilket er en udmærket service, da man ellers skal i gennem byen med alt sit...

"A great room, lots of space, clean and high standards. Excellent for traveling with skis and for drying clothes after a long day in the mountains. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Also great food in the restaurant. A varied menu, high quality and good value on the daily menu. "
