"We spent Thanksgiving 2023 at this property while we were in Pueblo visiting family. We LOVED it! The home was beautiful and clean. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the property and even had our aunt who lives in the area join us for the meal. The large open-concept layout was perfect for chatting while preparing the food. Our 7 yo son enjoyed the video games downstairs. The fenced yard was huge and very well maintained. We traveled with a pet and he loved exploring all the trees and bushes....

"While the listing mentions a possible back rental, this property is permanently occupied with cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was not the greatest and also consistently had spiders in the house. Over the course of 4 nights and 3 days we killed between 6-10. The 3 bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was good, but the full bathroom was meh, specifically the shower."

"Arriving to this house after driving 12 hours was more than a joyful experience. My children loved all the toys as well as the comfortable beds and decor. This house felt like home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen made things seamless when we decided to stay in an evening. Hot tub was definitely a bonus!!! Will definitely stay here again."

"This property was probably one of the best stocked VRBOs we have been at. There was everything we need. My daughter played with the toys they had and completely ignored her own stuff from home. The deck is incredible and the views were wonderful. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well stocked, just remember to bring shampoo and conditioner those were not provided. Would highly recommend this property!"

"The house could use a little work from a handyman. The bathroom downstairs needs alot of attention. Also the 2 bedrooms downstairs have no windows which means there is no emergency exit should something happen...maybe you should only offer the upstairs for guests. The house did meet our needs and its location was very accessible to many venues we went to in Pueblo."

"The place is very nice but somewhat difficult to find. You need to arrive before dark as it is down unpaved roads. The owner has really good directions though and the place is very clean and newly constructed."

"We had a quick trip to visit my son and his family for a very late Christmas. (In March) This house was very large and spacious with so many family friendly things to do we never even left the property. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again."

"Spacious living area. We used all three main floor bedrooms. I cannot imagine putting anyone in the basement bedroom, but we did appreciate the large sized washer and dryer down there! We walked the neighborhood around the college campus and discovered the Einstein Bagels, a great place for a very early breakfast."
