Just a few eye-catching features of this property include an attached two-car garage, four spacious upper-level bedrooms, large windows throughout, a private wooded lot, huge north-facing deck, lovely landscaping, an outdoor fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. The interior of the home is decorated for the Northern Michigan experience and highlights the outdoors in every room. The home and the updated kitchen are fully stocked with all the essentials like pots, pans, plates, silverware, cooking wear, baking dishing, towels, sheet, backup bedding, pillows, and more! There is also plenty of storage in the basement and enough space throughout the well-situated floorplan to either store your belongings or add them to the existing decor.

*One (1) small-med dog is ok upon approval. No dangerous breeds. A $150 non-refundable pet fee.
To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. The cost for Safely is $249 for 30-59 nights, $319 for 60-89 nights, and $390 for 90-119 nights. All reservations will initially be charged a $49 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.
Guest Access:
The home features a standard lockbox and self-check-in. Guests will be sent their check-in instructions after signing the electronic guest agreement. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours before check-in. Middle-of-the-night check-in between 10 PM and 5 AM is not permitted.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are not to use the host's inventory of bulk supplies left at the property and should be prepared to supply their own as needed for longer stays.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•If you used more than 2 shower towels, hand towels, or washcloths per person we ask that you wash, dry, and put the excess away before checking out. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. Please take the trash to the road if your stay falls on or within 48 hours of trash day.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. Dirty dishes may result in a $100 additional guest cleaning fee.
•Turn off all lights.
•Lock the door.
