Enjoy a countryside stay between Betton and Saint-Grégoire in this comfortable gîte with a fully enclosed yard and parking space. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a laundry room, and a WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200), and the second with two single beds (90 x 180). A shower room and a WC complete the upper floor.



Outside, relax on the garden furniture or sun loungers. The gîte has direct access to a protected bike path right outside, allowing you to reach the banks of the Ille-et-Rance canal on foot or by bike in less than 2 km—perfect for walks. The Betton market takes place every Sunday morning nearby.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Please leave the accommodation as clean as you found it. An end-of-stay cleaning option is available on site for an extra fee; please note this does not include kitchen cleaning, which remains your responsibility.
