ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO REST

The chalet accommodates up to eight guests across two bedrooms and an upstairs sleeping loft:

• Primary bedroom: king bed
• Second bedroom: queen bed
• Upstairs loft: four twin beds, with an alternate configuration of one king and two twins

Skylights bring natural light into the upstairs, giving the loft its own cozy chalet character. Two full bathrooms offer added convenience for families and friends sharing the home.

COFFEE, PANCAKES & DINNER TOGETHER

Wake at your own pace and brew your first cup with the dual coffee maker, which takes ground coffee or K-Cups. Make pancakes before heading out, pack lunch for the trail, or cook dinner together after a day on the mountain.

The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen aid, and cooking essentials. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, second cups of coffee, and plans for tomorrow.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main portion of the house. There is a separate, attached mother-in-law apartment that is not included in your reservation. The owners may occasionally stay in that apartment and will provide advance notice if their stay overlaps with yours.

Please keep these details in mind when planning your stay:

• Sleeping arrangements: The home sleeps up to eight across two bedrooms and an upstairs sleeping loft. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the loft accommodates four. Access to the loft requires stairs.

• Water pressure: The home has limited water pressure when multiple fixtures or appliances run at once. For comfortable showers, please use one shower at a time and avoid running the dishwasher or washing machine while someone is showering.

• Heating: The gas fireplace makes the living area especially cozy. Running it for extended periods can leave the upstairs loft warmer and the primary bedroom cooler.

• Parking: There is driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

• Quiet hours: Please keep noise low between 10 PM and 8 AM, including around the hot tub and firepit.
