"We had a great time! The house was very cozy. Ralph was very quick to respond if we needed anything. The backyard view with the water was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Bedrooms had smart tv’s and Wi-Fi was fast. Would definitely stay again! "

"This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it

"We’re so happy we found this place! We loved the peaceful drive through the cornfields, the atmosphere. The house was clean, super spacious and open. Very charming, can’t say enough good things. At 8 months pregnant, I will admit that I became attached to the big bath tub after a long day. Mark also helped us out by letting us switch our reserved dates due to a family emergency, and I can’t thank him enough for that. We appreciate everything! "

"This really is a fabulous Ocean City property. There were 3 in our party - my wife and I (who took the bedroom) and our 11 year old son who slept on the very comfortable sofa-bed.
The apartment is very well maintained and cleaned, with modern appliances. The decor and furnishings are all are in good condition and very welcoming.
