Conveniently located on the canal, bring your kayak or paddle board and utilize a 20ft dock with 5ft lower section for easy access to your water sport crafts and crab or fish after obtaining a fishing license. After fishing or a day on the beach, enjoy easy clean up with our convenient outdoor shower and changing area.

After the short 5 –minute walk you will find easy beach access and life guards on duty 9am -5pm everyday from May 15th – September 15th. Access to the beach is is on almost every block. Bethany Beach boardwalk, with endless shops, restaurants, arcade, indoor mini-golf, concerts, bonfire nights and movie nights is only 1.5 miles away. A 5- minute drive to Fenwick Island, 10 -minute drive to Ocean City Maryland and 35- minute drive to Assateague State Park with it’s famous wild horses that roam the beach, ensuring something for everyone on your vacation. With a variety of family-friendly activities, and an array of restaurants and shops nearby, this home is the ideal spot for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
