New owners have replaced all kitchen appliances, bedding, bathroom decor, TVs, and the sleeper sofa. Two out of four rooms have gorgeous lakefront views, while the other two offer views of nature and wildlife. The fully-equipped kitchen and appliances provide all that you will need during your getaway including a power blender perfect for those morning smoothies, and two coffee machines to get your java fix. The main level includes two guest rooms (queen and two twin beds), a living room queen sleeper sofa, a king bed main suite, and two full baths. Blackout curtains and new mattresses ensure your rest at night will be as comfortable as possible. An open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room, and gas fireplace create an inviting and easy-to-navigate floor plan. The second-level queen bed loft has an en-suite full bathroom and front-row views of the lake. This retreat has reliable WiFi, TVs in each room (including a Roku in the loft and access to tv streaming apps and cable in all other rooms), central air conditioning, a washer, a dryer, and a jacuzzi tub in the main bath.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
