This spacious Salt Pond home provides plenty of space for large groups or families traveling together. Take a short drive to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany Beach to visit the quaint shops and feel the ocean breeze as you stroll along. The seasonal outdoor community pool (paid access required) is excellent in the summer as it's seasonal. Don't worry; there's an indoor pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy. On-site, there's an 18-hole golf course, so you can make a tee time and be home quickly after your round. Don't forget to use the fitness center (fees apply) and tennis courts.

The large game room with a theatre is great for everyone to gather and enjoy time together, watching a movie or challenging each other in darts. With a large deck out back, enjoy dinner (gas grill provided) on the deck, or sit and have a cocktail and watch the kids play in the backyard. The screened porch is great for your morning coffee. With a modern kitchen and ample seating, you can bring everyone together for a meal or to plan your day at the beach.

The home has free WiFi and a washer/dryer for when you come home from the beach. Disclosure: The fireplace is not for guest use.

Things to Know
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
The indoor pool is open September-June
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
