This multilevel vacation home is located in Ocean Village on the oceanside a short distance to the ocean. Level one offers 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Level two offers a large living, dining, kitchen area, sitting area, deck and powder room. Enjoy the view from the *rooftop deck and two outside showers!

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available
*rooftop deck will be unavailable for summer 2024, as repairs will be completed in fall 2024. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
