Welcome to Beach Cove 16 - We love it here and hope you do as well...

*Please read full description PRIOR to booking - we know some of the info is boring but it is important info for you to know and we promise to keep it short*

In prime season between Memorial Day and Labor day our weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. We offer flexible stays in the off season.

*Please note*: WE DO NOT provide sheets or towels but we do have plenty of blankets and pillows for each bed. We also have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach wagon available for your use (as well as a pack n play & high chair for your little one)! We can provide customizable linen and towel package rentals for a fee upon request.

**Please note**: We do not rent to groups under age of 25.

A truly luxurious coastal retreat located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove between the hearts of Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach, this is beach living at its finest. Enjoy the best of both the Bay and the Ocean in this luxury town home located in North Bethany Beach DE just south of the Indian River Inlet.

A true 5 bedroom + 3.5 bath, 4 level townhome with over 2700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. Home offers spectacular views of the bay and is just a short 5 min stroll to the beach. This home features free high-speed WIFI with an added mesh network for greater coverage, 7 decks, and 2 carports exclusively for use by guests. Relax in the large great room on the upper level as well as a second living area / kids play room on the 2nd level. Room to sleep 10-12 people. Located in the exclusive Villas of Beach Cove community which includes a private community pool, a 100 ft fishing and crabbing pier, and is only 270 yards from the beach. Walk to Matts Fish Camp, check out Big Chill Cantina on the beach and Hammerheads on the Bay for fabulous sunsets.

For your entertainment, we have a Ping Pong table on the lower level rear deck as well as Cornhole boards. And we've added 3 Kayaks (2 singles and 1 double) with paddles and life vests for our guests enjoyment. Waivers must be signed prior to use.

Location, location, location - 1 mile from the Indian River Inlet for fishing and surfing that can’t be beat, 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Restaurants, Boardwalk, Funland for the kids & Shopping Outlets and 5 minute drive to both Dewey Beach and the Town of Bethany.

Our family had a fantastic beach vacation! It was great to be able to bring the dog as well as walk across the street for beach access! The house had lots of room for all of us - great Bay views and beautiful sunsets! Middle of September was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very spacious and accommodated our family well The kitchen and living room on the top floor are especially nice settings, all of the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the entertainment amenities (foosball, Nintendo, ping-pong) were fun for the kids, and the sunset views were gorgeous. It worked okay to cross the streets to get to the ocean, and it was nice to have beach chairs to use there. The beach was great, and the kids loved playing in the waves. I would certainly recommend this place for other families. Since it was a busy weekend. We were happy to be away from the crowds. We ate at Matt’s Fish House twice because the food was so good. Thanks to the owners of the condo for being responsive!

Perfection

Love this community. Was our third year staying in this small townhome community and it couldn’t be more perfect- easy access to beach and bay. Such a beautiful bay view! Perfect house for everyone to enjoy and have plenty of space. Great to have beach equipment provided- maybe just an update on a few of the chairs provided as they’re starting to really rip. Thanks for sharing your place with us- we will certainly be back!

Family time

Only negative was crossing the busy road to get to the beach. The townhouse was very clean , well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and beds and we could take our dog! The owner was amazing ! All questions were answered quickly. We all had plenty of room to stretch out! Pool was nice too! Every bedroom had a private deck for sunrise and sunset watching. We would definitely return!

Perfect in all the ways

The location is perfection with beautiful sunlight from the sunrise and sunset. Its close to thing without the hustle and bustle. It was perfect for our group ranging from 9 months to 70 years old. The host and neighbors were so helpful with anything we asked or needed. We will surely be using this property again. Thanks for the great memories!

Great Location for Groups

Overall this house is in a great location right across the street (no crosswalks so you do have to go between waves of cars) to a quiet part of the beach that is mostly occupied by some fishermen but still has so much open space. It’s also only a 5-7min drive to Bethany Boardwalk. The house is starting to see some wear and tear but was still had so much space and things to do especially for a larger group. Dan is also so great at communicating all the information you need and was so quick in responding to any questions we had. Even with 10 people, we never ran into issues of not having enough hot water for showers which is a huge plus for a large group. We will definitely be planning to try and book here again next year

Daniel communicates well and provided us with an easy check in process. The townhouse is convenient to the beach and downtown. But, the unit is dated, needs some repairs, and a good cleaning.

Summer Respite

We loved the location of this property. It is close enough that we could paddleboard in the bay and all we did was cross the highway to get to the beach. It was about 10-20 minutes to everything else we wanted to be at, resturants, Rehoboth Boardwalk, grocery stores, etc. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax and do different activites. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and all the little things that are there just helped make our stay more enjoyable. The only thing I would like to point out is that the kitchen, dining area, and main living room are on the top floor and my mother in law did not realized that her arthritis would not enjoy the climb up 3 sets of stairs. This is not a knock on the house, but rather something we did not think of when booking. The house itself is great.

Great 4th of July stay!

The property was just wonderful for our extended family trip over July 4th. The owner Dan was super responsive and helpful. We had no major issues, just some minor and typical rental property issues like a missing blind or toilet paper holder. There was a very dim lightbulb installed over the kitchen table and we mentioned to Dan that it was not the correct lightbulb for the fixture and Dan offered to swap it out immediately. However his travel plans were delayed so he offered that we could buy the correct light bulb and he would reimburse us which he promptly did and also reimbursed us for our inconvenience. The house is in a great location with the community pool right next to us and a pier where the teens could go fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The beach access is right across the street and easy to walk. The city should install a flashing light walkway but crossing the street was not bad at all. There are a lot of stairs in the house since it’s a condo but we loved the separate space for everyone to spread out. The biggest pain was unloading all the groceries on the first day since the kitchen is on the top floor! The AC worked great which I know can sometimes be a problem for these beach homes. The only area for improvement would be the WiFi. The WiFi signal was weak and sometimes non existent. We have Verizon cell service and it was just terrible throughout the area. Other than that, the house was truly wonderful and we loved our stay! Thanks Dan!!!

Excellent family stay!

My whole family, including toddler grandchildren and 4 legged friends stayed here for a week. We loved it! Dan was extremely responsive. There were couple of things that.neededrepair and Dan had someone take care of it immediately Tte unit had everything we needed. I might suggest in investing a few new board games as they were tough shape- but other that it was great!

Great Stay on the Bay

The place was great, well stocked and perfect location. The only issues we had were each deck/outdoor space was filthy with bird poo and furniture that was scattered, dirty and tipped over. We decided to only make use of 2 of the outdoor spaces since we had no interest in doing so much cleaning. The master bedroom sliding door/screen is also in need of maintenance or replacing- I realized opening it that the giant holes were letting bugs in the room. Overall the place was nice, we met some very nice neighbors and the evening views were great for watching the sunset

Late Summer Family Vacation

September was a lovely time to stay with warm water and no crowds. The condo is fantastic and allows pets, which was a huge plus for us. There’s plenty of space and decks front and back making it easy to spread out if desired. The kitchen is by far the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a rental which was great since family vacation means mom is cooking. Beach is across the street. It is a short 5 minute walk. Dan was super and promptly answered my questions. We would definitely book again
