The space
Our thoughtfully furnished apartment is designed for rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. Located on a gentle hillside overlooking the ocean, it features a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, a cozy bedroom with ample wardrobe space, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze or stargaze at night.

Guests have access to beautifully maintained communal areas, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, and walking paths surrounded by volcanic landscapes and palm trees. The apartment is part of a tranquil and respectful community—ideal for travelers who value calm, privacy, and a homey atmosphere. This is not a party destination, and we kindly ask all guests to treat the space with care.

You will have full and private use of the apartment, including:

- Two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed
- Living room with sofa and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Private terrace with seating and sea views

The shared facilities include two outdoor pools and tennis courts. Free parking is located just a short walk from the apartment.
Other things to note
A car is essential, as the area is remote and there is no public transport. Shops and restaurants are around 10–15 minutes away by car.

There is no mobile phone coverage in the nature reserve, but the apartment has fast and reliable Wi-Fi for calls, streaming, and remote work.

The apartment is part of a quiet, residential complex. For the comfort and respect of our neighbors and future guests, we do not accept bookings for parties, loud gatherings, or events.
