"The neighborhood appears a little sketchy - but we had zero problems with any neighbors or noise at night. . The house was great. All pictures are accurate. We were there for a baseball trip around the Hoover area - and the location was fine for that. Easy check in and check out."

The kitchen flooring is buckled and popping up, the bathroom doors won't close, the yard is completely unmaintained, and we experienced a septic tank issue during our stay. Furthermore, cleanliness is clearly not a priority; kitchen utensils are scarce, and the ones available had to be washed before use.Lastly, the property manager is of no help. We asked to speak with the owner multiple times and they just ran us in circles,...
