The Space:
Garden Home is located in the serene countryside of Bessé-sur-Braye, less than 50 minutes drive from La Ferté-Bernard, Tours, Le Mans, and Orleans as well as only 90 minutes from Paris. A charming tiny house with a captivating riverside camping resort beckoning travelers to embrace the allure of solitude and spend their cherished moments with loved ones.

If you're up for exploring nearby towns, check out Château de Courtanvaux, the closest gem to the tiny house. Discover Le Mans, famed for its historic architecture, and Châteaudun, brimming with medieval charm and cultural richness, all just a short drive of 43-50 minutes away. Hungry? Indian cuisine and a unique atmosphere.

It's a 222-square-foot tiny home surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, along with all other campsite facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court etc.

By public transport: We kindly ask guests to travel by private vehicle or rent a vehicle as there are no public transports directly to our property. Thank you.

- Coffee machines are available in the public area. (not in the tiny house)
- Public swimming pool is available for use (subject to operating hours)
- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- Breakfast is available at €15 per person.
- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas 
- Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals and the rest have no signals
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
