Le Mas de Peyraube – Arizona Cottage

Arizona is a standalone cottage just 50 meters from the main house. You’ll enjoy year-round comfort with reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The house features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm bed (or two joined singles), a bathroom, and separate toilet.



A second bedroom can be opened for 1 or 2 extra guests on request (two 90 cm single beds, not joinable).



Bed linen and towels are included.



Cleaning is optional, but the accommodation must be tidied by guests before departure. A cleaning deposit may be requested at check-in and used if excessive cleaning is needed.



The pool is shared with another rental and the owners. It’s open daily from 9:30 to 11:30 and 16:30 to 18:30, closed to unaccompanied minors and from November to May.



Breakfast is available for an extra charge. We provide drinks, butter, jams, and each day add cold cuts, cheese, and pastries.



Just 10 minutes from the charming town of Barjac, you’re also close to top sites like the Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet Cave, Vallon Pont d’Arc, the villages of Vogüé, Montclus, Aiguèze, and in the heart of Ardèche vineyards and local markets.



We have two other cottages on the property, for up to 11 guests—ideal for family or group gatherings. Enjoy privacy and shared moments as you wish. Sightseeing, relaxation, sports, and tastings: the perfect holiday mix.
