The Suites Collection offers exclusive-use access to select Linnaeus Collection residences configured for couples and small families.



Rather than booking the full residence, guests enjoy private access to the upstairs level featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the downstairs level securely locked off. This is not a shared-home arrangement, but a private residence thoughtfully tailored for smaller stays.

Linnaeus Collection

The Suites form part of the Linnaeus Collection - a curated portfolio of private residences across Berry, NSW, accommodating 70+ guests across the Collection.



Each residence is independently experienced yet unified by considered hospitality — offering the privacy of a home with the cohesion of a professionally operated portfolio.



Dining across the Collection has been curated in partnership with Villeroy & Boch, with tableware selected to complement the architecture of each residence. These pieces form part of the permanent collection and remain onsite.



Guests may also book a private animal feeding session at Moraea Farm with our resident Highland cows, goats, sheep and chickens (subject to availability).



Opening mid-2026, our on-site restaurant, Sara Dining, located at Moraea Farm, will deliver world-class dining experiences across the Collection. Led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs — formerly the youngest ever hatted chef in the country — Sara Dining offers seasonal, produce-driven menus and private catering designed exclusively for our guests.

The Neighborhood:

Berry is a three-time NSW Gold Winner for Best Town (2022–2024), offering boutique shopping, cafés and proximity to Seven Mile Beach.



All residences are located within minutes of Berry village and the coastline.



Getting Around:

Easy walk or bike ride into Berry village from most residences.



The Linnaeus Collection is proudly partnered with Volkswagen Group Australia. Premium guest EV transport is available upon request and subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

• This configuration allows access to a maximum of two bedrooms and up to four guests

• If additional bedrooms are accessed or occupancy exceeds four guests, the booking will automatically convert to the full-house rate without notice

• No pets permitted

• Villeroy & Boch tableware and cutlery are counted before and after each stay. Any missing items will be charged at retail replacement value

• 50% deposit required for bookings 30+ days in advance

• Full payment required within 30 days of arrival
