Berry Luxury Retreat is the perfect place to bring family and friends together of up to 20 guests.

The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away.

The most common feedback we receive is "the photos online just don't do the place justice"

We look forward to your booking with us, to experience a stay that is more than just special.

LOCATION
Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block.

GUESTS
Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 20 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas.

HEATED POOL
Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas.

HOT TUB
Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax.

WOOD FIRE DINING
Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge.

UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING
Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.

FIRE PIT
Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied.

KIDS PLAY GROUND
Located in a beautiful part of the backyard.

GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ
Get back to the grassroots of cooking a BBQ over a wood fire BBQ or simply relax and chill out in the gazebo.

DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING
Berry Luxury Retreat would not be a luxury stay without a full ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system to ensure that you stay in comfortable all year round.

WATER
Instant filtered cold, boiling hot or sparkling water on tap. No need to bring bottled water.

COFFEE
Wake up every morning to the smell and taste of an amazing coffee from our Jura S8 coffee machine and supplied coffee beans.

MUSIC
Enjoy a state of art 7 speaker SONOS sound system graciously installed throughout the house indoor and outdoor areas.

VIEWING PLEASURE
All Bedrooms with King Beds have a 4K Smart-TV installed along with the Adults Retreat and Kids Rumpus.

The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. The host also had some great advice on local attractions and places to eat out and things to do. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kylie

I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend.

This was the perfect home and location to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The pictures do not do this house and the grounds justice. A dream place to host any special event. Kylie the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Will 100% be back again!

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable and luxurious. 18 people stayed and we all enjoyed our time by the pool and making wood-fired pizzas. Highly recommend for large groups.

From the initial communication and booking to check in and during our stay to check out the sevice and home was exceptional. Beautifully presented and everything was perfect! From start to finish, our stay at the house was perfect. The property is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. We especially loved the thoughtful extras, like the fun lawn games, outdoor bar fridges, and the perfectly heated pool and spa. We’ll definitely be returning! If you're headed to Berry, this is the place to stay!

A luxury home away from home that had everything we needed for a family holiday for all ages. The heated pool & spa was a bonus as we could swim in the middle of winter which added to our enjoyment. The home was spacious and had many special extras. Thanks for helping me enjoy a wonderful week with my family making special memories.

Highly recommend. My siblings, kids and grandparents throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a special milestone birthday for my mum. Kylie was responsive, but not remotely intrusive. She genuinely wants her guests to enjoy this beautiful property which is even better than the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The pool, multiple living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas are so thoughtfully put together and meant we all had our own space but equally could come together as a family. Location is quiet and private yet still close to town.

We had a fabulous few days here. The property is beautiful and our host Kylie was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. A great place to celebrate. Our family ranged from 9 months to 70, all loved the extremely comfortable accommodation and great outdoor spaces for the children. Will definitely come back.

What an amazing property! Perfect for family/group getaways & Milestone occasions. Lots of room to gather & also have your own space - the pool, the outside pizza BBQ area, lovely gardens to sit & relax. Amazing place to stay for the weekend celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Comfortably accommodated the 15 of us and the multiple living areas were perfect. Even though it was raining and we couldn’t utilize the fire pit and outdoor dining it provided a lovely outlook from the undercover outdoor entertaining area. Will definitely come back!

We had a family get-together for my husband's 80th birthday. The party consisted of the two of us, our three children and their spouses and children - 18 in all. The pizza oven and heated pool were the highlights. Something for everyone and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Berry Luxury Retreat over the long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with 14 of my closest friends and I simply cannot express how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure opulence and comfort. Our stay was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a stunning, meticulously decorated interior that exuded elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design was truly awe-inspiring. The living spaces were not only impeccably styled but also incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen was a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The bedrooms were havens of comfort, each with its own unique and tasteful decor. The linens and bedding were of the highest quality, and I enjoyed the most restful and rejuvenating sleep during my stay. The property featured a sprawling, beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a private pool and hot tub. One of the standout features of this property was that everything you need for a indulgent weekend away was provided, from beautiful bathroom products, pool towels, outdoor bar fridge, candles, wood fire, outdoor blankets and even marshmallows for roasting was provided. Thank you to our host Kylie for her communication before during and after our stay. Our family including 11 adults and 8 children ranging from 1-7 years had the absolute best time. Every age group catered for. We all loved every aspect of the outdoor area, the garden, dining alternatives, hot tub, pool and fire pit was a hit. The cleanliness and styling of the property just great. We didn’t want to leave. We could just go on and on……we have been sharing pics and raving about the property all afternoon. It was the best!

Our family had an awesome weekend celebrating a significant birthday. The house was fantastic and worked really well for us all. There are lots of areas for relaxing and beds are comfortable and bathrooms are plenty. The tables are large enough to accommodate everyone socialising and the pizza oven is great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and Kylie checked in often to make sure all was ok.

As an extended family - 4 couples and 5 kids, this property provided everyone and more that we needed for a family birthday celebration. We could dine in, enjoy the grounds, the pizza oven, everything was amazing. On the front lawn with the little ones we had so much fun, so safe. Our dog was in his happy place too. Mark & Kylie were wonderful, their attention to detail fantastic, every question answered in record time. Great people! Superb & wonderful property!

We had 14 adults and 4 kids to a big weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were looking for somewhere to enjoy a few days together as well as a big dinner on Sat night. This venue delivered across every level. As everyone arrived, every second word was “wow”. Unfortunately the wind on the Friday night prevented us having dinner next to the pizza oven. On a good night that would be sensational. Our pizzas were the best I have had and the inside dining was very good. The dinner on the verandah on Saturday night was just sensational. In between, the fire pit, swings, pool, hot tub and Berry locality was more than enough to satisfy everyone for the weekend. Everything is provided and the quality and ambience was perfect. The property is more than what the words and pictures convey.
