The agency Cocoonr/ Book&Pay offers you, in the town of Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming house 50 m from the beach without a street to cross, with an area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It consists of a living room of 15 m 2, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a fenced garden of about 277 m 2. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!

Housing consists of the following:
Ground floor:
- A living room of 15 m2 with TV, armchairs, fireplace (not functional) and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- A separate toilet

On the floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with private WC
- Room 3: two single beds
- A bathroom (with shower)

Outside :
- A beautiful private and enclosed garden of 277 m 2, garden facing north with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Beach at 50 m along the Promenade des Français (unsupervised)
- Water activities (kite surfing, catamarans, windsurfing, canoeing)
- Hiking
- The Promenade des Francais, pedestrian and along the beach, is ideal for children (bike, rollers) and family walks.
- Discovery of Courseulles-Sur-Mer: Centre Juno Beach, cinema, bowling
- Aquatic centre in Dover-la-Délivrande
- Men’s Abbey and Ladies' Abbey in Caen

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Caen, located 25 km
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, located 20 km
- Bus (line 101) from the station of Caen with stop at 5 min from the house

Other remarks:
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Note: the shutter in the bedroom with two single beds does not close and will be repaired shortly.
- The washing machine is currently not available (temporary situation). Automatic laundry at Intermarché 650 m
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are indicative, subject to change by our partner.
-The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the receptions. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Please put furniture back in place if it has been moved.
