"Both the room and bathroom was very clean, with a great view of the church and part of the lake. The receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was fine, but lacking many options you would find at other hotels. The view during breakfast almost makes up for it, however."

The location is central and convenient, with easy access to everything from First to Interlaken. The rooms are clean and cozy, the on-site restaurant is very good, and there’s parking available right in front of the hotel. "Very luxurious family-driven hotel. Rooms were old-school but nice. Cleaning was unbelievable and quick. Breakfast good and perhaps best coffee I had in a while. Staff was nice. Location really good. Could have used a fridge or kettle. Would recommend."
