Familievenlige hoteller i Berner Oberland

"Very luxurious family-driven hotel. Rooms were old-school but nice. Cleaning was unbelievable and quick. Breakfast good and perhaps best coffee I had in a while. Staff was nice. Location really good. Could have used a fridge or kettle. Would recommend."

"Super hyggeligt sted. Rigtig sød personale."

"Never paid so much for a hotel that had so less facilities. This place has not been maintained for a decade, it is almost abandoned. Outdoor, grass everywhere, the main strairs to the main door is ruined, no one has cleaned the chairs from old leaves. Indoors, the doors are not closing completely, walls are thin and you can hear everything happening on the floor. Breakfast is poor. For this 3 star hotel paying over 3000dkk per night is like being robbed."

"Very nice facility absolutely happy with the place"

"Very limited option for breakfast but very cozy. Whatever food is there, its enough and amazing ❤️"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly! The Coffee Bar was great! The location on the lake is amazing!"

"The hotel is very nice and renovated with a beautiful view to the lake. The room was very clean and quiet and nice. But the restaurant was closed for dinner. the breakfast was not very good - maybe at 7 when they start but at nine it was very empty and there was nobody taking care about it , and not taking care about the guests - we had to find everything by ourselves at make a nice table. The coffee was good."

"Junior suite was a dark room in the back of the hotel with limited view of the mountains. Was changed next day. Restaurant placed us in an adjacent room despite we asked to sit in the main - again with out the Mountain View. Rude service claims they don’t have time because they need to prepare for lunch."

"Lovely hotel with a great Spa. All the staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. Food was very good. Very happy and would stay there again."

"One morning without warm water and some delays on starting breakfast at scheduled time was forgotten due to the incredible helpfulness of desk staff!"
