"The property was amazing. The views were spectacular! Every front desk agent was super helpful. The spa had availability which was super nice when the weather tells you what activities are available (lol). The only thing my husband and I would complain about were the bathrooms. The tub you had to climb into and was difficult to climb out of; and we were both careful while showering. It’s a beautiful property, with amazing views that is postcard perfect! All with amazing staff!"

Uanset hvilken side man får værelse på er udsigten blændende flot. Der er gratis wifi, og en stor terrasse med udsigt til Eigerwand. Vores værelse var stort og lyst med ekstra opredning til barn og egen terrasse.
Der er gratis parkering lige nedenfor hotellet. Kom efter 1. maj, hvor der stadig er dejlig fredeligt men hvor de fleste aktiviteter og tilbud er startet."
"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels.
