House/street was very quiet and convenient to food/stores, etc. House was clean, linens/towels provided (bring your own shampoo/soap), etc. Appliances worked, showers were good/clean, etc. Only gripe was there was a bit of an ant infestation -- we didn't leave food open on the counter, but we did have some wrapped cookies that were covered with about 1,000 ants one morning. It reminds me of a rental house for college students that the landlord decided didn’t need maintenance. There are screws, nails, and marks on the walls throughout the house. The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. I recommend getting there in the daylight hours because it is a little off the beaten path and dark when you arrive but it was perfect fit for our needs - great hospitality!
