"Our family had a fantastic time staying at this property on Labor Day weekend...house was clean and inviting, owner had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with things needed for our stay, and there's even a grill and shed stocked with games and bikes! The neighborhood itself has lots of things to do, such as paddle boarding (free of charge!) and a pier with an amazing view of the bay which my kids loved because they saw crabs and mussels on a low tide day. Assateague Island is very close by and...

"We vacationed with our grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 2. The bunk room was perfect for them. Eating at home was perfect for our light and picky eaters. Only 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and off the street parking was the best! "

"There were no bath towels available when we stayed there, which I don't mention up front to be critical, mainly just because it's the one thing I would want the next guest to be aware of to be prepared. 😃 There also wasn't any hand soap, just a tiny bit of watered down dish soap. We had shower gel with us, so that was less of a problem than the towels. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, but agree with the other listings that the screen door needs to be repaired (we could not use the porch because it was too buggy due to the screen tear) and that the steps leading to the outdoor shower need fixing. Other areas could use updating, organizing (washing machine area and under sinks), or deep cleaning (stains on rugs/couches) - this did not bother us, but...
