Fantastisk service!
Vi havde 4 overnatninger på hotellet. Den første nat var i et familie værelse på 1. sal ud mod gaden. Det var koldt og meget larmende grundet trafikken på gaden. Jeg henvendte mig dog i receptionen efter første nat og de var utrolig venlige og smilende og gav os et nye værelse med det samme:-) super godt værelse på 2. sal ud mod baggården, som var dejlig roligt. Det er et pænt hotel, og de er utrolig imødekommende og serviceminded. Kan kun anbefale hotellet.

Not bad, but not the usual NH standard: Check in was very very slow, only 1 person and he was slow 5-10 min per room. Minibar fridge very noise, shower broken (low water pressure), toilet not properly cleaned after having been used as ashtray. I stay in NH KUDAM now, much better this far.

Komfortabelt hotel med ideal afstand til alt
Det bedste ved dette hotel er den centrale beliggenhed til både Brandenburger Tor, jødisk mindesmærke, checkpoint Charlie, Topographie des Terrors. Resten kan nås via U-bahn eller el-løbehjul hvis man er til den slags. Værelserne var pæne og stilrene med komfortable senge og pæne badeværelser. Den flinke receptionist lod os endda checke ind kl 9 da vi ankom, hvilket var en flot gestus. Morgenmad til 25€/person er dog en smule overdrevet, så vi spiste morgenmad på de talrige bagerier som findes i umiddelbar nærhed til under 25€ for to personer.

Stort hotel centralt beliggende. Fint og rummeligt værelse og badeværelse. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Dog var det irriterende at skulle bede om opfyldning af kaffe og sæbe/shampoo hver dag. Parkeringshus under hotellet med direkte indgang til hotellet fra kælderen til 26€ pr døgn.

Ok til prisen, men slidt.
Overordnet et ok hotel til prisen. Dog lidt slidt, selvom det virker relativt nyrenoveret.. F.eks var sengetøjet flosset i kanten og håndklæderne var mere grå end hvide. Rengøring var ikke imponerende, der sås lidt nullermænd i hjørnerne og støv på lamperne. Hårtørreren på værelset var i stykker da vi ankom og det lykkedes aldrig at skaffe en anden. Aircondition virkede ikke de første 2 dage og da den endelig kom i gang kunne den ikke justeres, så det blev hurtigt meget koldt. Personalet var venlige, men der var intet "ekstra". De udførte deres opgaver, men glemte tit et smil.

Et super hyggeligt hotel med god atmosfære og venligt personale. Værelserne har en god størrelse med fin plads til bagage og bevæge sig rundt. Eneste klagepunkt er sengen/madrassen, som er ekstremt fast/hård - så slemt at jeg vågnede op med øm ryg og blå mærker på hofterne. En ting, vi undrede os over, var, at vi ikke havde fået håndsæbe. Om det er en fejl eller om det forventes, at man vasker hænder i shower gel, ved vi ikke. Vi havde tilfældigvis selv en håndsæbe med.

Super lækkert hotel, god størrelse værelse, store senge. Ingen gadelarm, selvom hotellet ligger på ret trafikeret gade. Pænt og rent alle steder.

Middel hotel med en fin placering. Vores mini suite var ok, sengen var dog ikke i topklasse og morgenmaden noget ret jævn. Det forøvrigt lidt irriterede at man først gør gæsten opmærksom på at man skal betale byskat ved afrejse og ikke ved indtjekning. Det havde sparet en diskussion.

Centralt i Berlin
Fint hotel, udemærket værelse. Service var i orden. Vi havde et værelse på 7. sal ud mod deres "smukke have"(som receptionisten sagde det), der var fred og ro, det var ikke til at høre at vi var midt i Berlin.
