This hotel sent wrong information to hotel.com website - we were looking for a room with two adults and one 8 yo child and it offered a room to accommodate us all for extra 40 EU with queen bed, with one extra bed for a child. When we showed up, the hotel personnel claimed we had only reserved a medium or small size room which does not allow third person other than a baby. The personnel was very uncooperative, stating it is not their problem that we made such a booking, and taking no responsibility on how its represented on hotels.com. After much arguing and showing the website, they did us a “favor” by allowing our child to sleep in that “medium” room in the same bed. “Medium size room was very small and we ended up sardine like style. I understand that sometimes things happen, but hotel customer service should make every effort to make customers happy, provide an extra room or at least give out a free toy for a child! Nothing was offered and personnel made every effort to rush us off as problem customers. On the top of everything there was quite a lot of dust in the room.
