"It felt like borrowing the apartment of distant, Italian family. We felt very welcome and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. We will return if we're ever going back to Bergamo. Travelling with two very small children, it would’ve been nice to know about the amount of stairs in advance. Same if you have any disability, I suppose."

" I spent four days in Bergamo and had the pleasure of staying at the Arli Hotel Business and Wellness. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and service-minded, which contributed to a pleasant experience. Although I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, I was quickly assigned a comfortable room. I ate one evening at the hotel's restaurant and can highly recommend it. Arli Hotel is centrally located in a lovely and beautiful city, which offers both scenic surroundings, historic buildings and charming squares."
