The Space:

If you're looking for a quiet place to recharge after a full day of exploring Northwest Arkansas, you've found it.



Tucked above our detached garage, this recently remodeled studio loft feels like one of those hidden gems you almost want to keep to yourself. The space has its own private entrance, so you can come and go with ease, and the clean, modern design makes it feel bright, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable from the moment you walk in.



The first thing you'll notice is how cozy everything feels. Sink into the Nectar memory foam queen mattress after a day on the trails or wandering downtown Bentonville, and if you're traveling with an extra guest, there's also a twin trundle bed tucked away for added flexibility. Soft linens, extra blankets, and thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in and feel right at home.



One of our favorite features is the coffee bar. Whether you're an early riser or someone who enjoys slow mornings, you'll have everything you need for the perfect cup. Brew a pot of coffee, make a French press, or heat water in the electric kettle while you plan the day's adventures.



The kitchenette may be compact, but it's surprisingly well-equipped. With an electric burner, Instant Pot, toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, rice maker, and all the cooking essentials, it's easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a relaxed evening meal back at the loft.

Art lovers are less than a ten-minute drive from Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary, both set against the scenic Ozark landscape.

You'll be close to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, the Slaughter Pen trail system, and a network of greenways and family-friendly parks, all a short ride or drive away. This home is located in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions, a small town with big city energy! Being downtown means you’re steps from the action, which we love, but it also means there’s always the potential for city sounds, neighbors, or nearby construction.

While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.
