"We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. "Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again."
