With over 170 feet of private sandy beach, it is the perfect spot to get away for your beach vacation. There is plenty of room for the whole family, and the 5 bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths accommodate up to 14 guests. They consist of three bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, and six twin beds in the custom built-in bunkroom.

Large windows throughout Beach Breeze provide gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Stairs with a walking path lead to a large sandy PRIVATE not association beach. The home office with glass French doors is perfect for checking in on work while getting away with your family. RH, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Serena & Lily, and West Elm furniture grace the home.

The large custom built kitchen with quartz countertops and ample work surface is a dream in which to prepare those special meals while still enjoying views of the lake from the bank of large windows over the kitchen sink. There is a large RH dining table with ample seating.

Not only do stunning views greet you from within the house, but also there are multiple decks from which to enjoy the lake views and star gazing at night. A large deck accessible from the main living room lines the entire back of the house and is complete with Adirondack chairs. Another deck serves the main bedroom and provides the perfect spot to sip that morning coffee while watching the boats out on Lake Michigan. The east bedroom enjoys its own private deck as well. In addition, a generous screened porch with a vaulted ceiling and a bluestone patio with a fire pit are perfect spots to gather while watching the waves dance along the lake.

The portable pickleball equipment is perfect for a friendly game. The Joola Ping Pong table and air hockey provide lots of entertainment when you are not outdoors enjoying the lake. In addition, the mud room and separate laundry room add plenty of storage for all of your gear.

The large 170' sandy beach with beach sand chairs is the perfect spot to relax with a book or to build sand castles and memories. This beautiful private beach provides a special place to watch the waves dance along the shore and occasional boats floating upon the water.
