Triplex ideal for 1 or 2 couples for a city break by the sea. Excellent starting point for exploring South Finistère between Concarneau and the Pointe de La Torche.

Very well laid out and equipped, the triplex, furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, offers quality services for a pleasant stay in South Finistère:

On the ground floor:an entrance hall with cupboards, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen closed by a glass roof and a bright living room thanks to a large bay window opening onto the south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of Bénodet and the port of Sainte-Marine
  On the 1st level: a landing leads to a bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom
  On the 2nd level: a bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom
  Private parking space and access to the residence by digital code complete this apartment
  Its 4th floor (which is well-deserved...!) makes the triplex a real cozy little nest bathed in light thanks to its unobstructed view of the entire Bénodet resort.
