The villa "Casa Maravilla" is in the perfect location for a beach break to Benitachell, Alicante. Ideal for bringing families and friends together, this villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, 6 bedrooms, and 4 shower rooms. Additional amenities include a large-screen HD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room.



The outdoor area features a large private pool (pool heating is available from March until October for an extra fee), sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Spend the day relaxing outside and enjoy the impressive mountain and sea views from the terrace. There is a covered dining area next to the kitchen with a BBQ where you can enjoy home-cooked meals and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains. There are also ample shaded areas for children to play in.



The nearest beach, Cala Moraig, is just a 5-minute drive away (2 km). Bars, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within 3 to 5 minutes by car (2–5 km), while the closest supermarket is a 7-minute drive (3.6 km). Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes away by car (96 km).



Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Full gas central heating is available for winter lets. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a drying area. A baby cot and high chair are available. Please note that there can be no noise after midnight until 8:00 am due to local law restrictions. Parking is available on-site for up to 4 cars (2 covered).
