Marquesol is situated in an elevated area on the outskirts of Benitachell (700 meters), presenting lovely views of the sea and the beautiful mountains. Moraira is located just 8 km from the villa and Jávea is also 8 km away. Both municipalities have become one of the main points of tourist interest on the Costa Blanca for anyone looking for unforgettable and sunny vacations, holidays by the sea, where you can find varied and beautiful sandy beaches and coves, as well as a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, water sports, golf and tennis courts.
The villa welcomes us with a wonderful outdoor area. Enjoy a wonderful private pool, surrounded by a large terrace along with sun loungers and a cozy glass-enclosed barbecue area, all surrounded by an adorable traditional Mediterranean-style garden and a large parking area. The entire villa is located on one level. From the terrace, we enter through a glassed-in terrace, perfect for the daily breakfast enjoying the magnificent views, which takes us to a living room with a subtle rustic touch that offers SAT+TV. +A/C.
From the living room, we continue to a bedroom with a double bed with A/C and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and A/C and the third bedroom with 2 single beds and A/C share a bathroom with a bathtub. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge with A/C. On the other side of the private pool is the glass-enclosed barbecue with paellero, perfect to enjoy the cool summer nights. The washing machine is located in a small room behind the house.
