Spread over two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the villa on the upper level, where you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and dining table. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which features stunning sea views and a lounge set—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.



Also on the upper floor is one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a fitted wardrobe, along with a ensuite bathroom featuring a bath-shower, sink and toilet.



Downstairs are the two additional bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, ceiling fans (no air conditioning) and fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet is located in the hallway.

3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
