LAYOUT: On entering the property you enter a small hallway, from there to the right are the bedrooms and to the left is the lounge/dining room. The living room consists of a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. The dining room is just next to the living room where there is space for all the guests. From here we have views of the surroundings of the villa so we can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners with family and friends. The open plan kitchen located in this space has all the necessary appliances for the preparation of fantastic meals for all the members of the family. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed, as well as two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. An external staircase leads to the lower floor which consists of two bedrooms, both with a double bed each and a bathroom with shower en suite. The design of the villa THALASSA offers guests privacy and comfort making it an ideal villa for a successful stay with family or friends.

EXTERIOR: Villa THALASSA has an ideal distribution and layout of exterior spaces. Access to the property is through a wide automatic gate that leads us to a parking space for several vehicles . On our left hand side, a small staircase leads us to the swimming pool area where . several deck chairs are at our disposal, a Balinese style parasol offers an exotic and charming touch to the decoration. Several poufs are arranged around the pool for a relaxing break. A few steps lead us to the chill out area situated on a terrace with a set of sofas and armchairs t where sharing an aperitif with the other guests will remain in our memories. . There is also an outdoor dining table under the porch where we can enjoy the views of the swimming pool and the surroundings of the villa. . The barbecue area is very close and will be a fundamental part of our stay..

SITUATION: Villa THALASSA is located in a quiet residential area of the town of Moraira, close to restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas of Moraira. The beaches of Moraira and El Portet are highly recommended as situated at a short drive from the villa.
