DISTRIBUTION:
The property is situated on a plot of 1,082 m2 and has a constructed area of 200 metres on only one floor that is illuminated by its large windows leading to the pool area and the sea.
On entering the property there is a parking area for 2 vehicles which gives access to the entrance of the house.
The dining room area connects with a large kitchen that has all the appliances and elements necessary for a perfect stay. At both ends of the living-dining room there are 2 steps down to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, sea views and access to the swimming pool area. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with a shower in each of them. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets. All the bedrooms and the living-room have air conditioning . The exterior of the property has a large parking area for 2 cars, a garden area with beautiful Mediterranean trees and shrubs, a lovely swimming pool with an open shower, a sunbathing area by the sea with 6 sunbeds. There is also a beautiful terrace with outdoor kitchen and an excellent outdoor dining table with barbecue.

The villa is situated on the seafront of Benissa costa less than 600 metres from a good selection of the best restaurants, beaches, and supermarket. The villa is only 4 km from Calpe and 7 km from Moraira which can be reached by car in a few minutes or by using the nearby bus stop.
