Casa Altavista Large 5 bedroom villa in Benissa

Casa Altavista is a large 5-bedroom villa with a private 8 x 4 pool that has capacity for up to 9 people. It is located in a very nice and quiet urbanization with amazing views to the surrounding hills, the Peñón de Ifach and some sea views. It was recently fully renovated and furnished, with a Mediterranean style exterior and a modern style interior.

The space
The living room as well as every bedroom is equipped with a brand new Samsung smart-tv, with free Netflix access. Fast optic fiber internet/WiFi is free of charge and can be used all around the property. Central heating is available during the colder winter months.

There’s room to park up to 4 cars at the side of the road. Accessing the villa requires you to climb stairs, making it unsuitable for guests in wheelchairs.

Casa Altavista is distributed on two floors.
The top floor consists of three nicely decorated bedrooms with queen size beds, Samsung smart-tv’s and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a Samsung smart- tv and seating area, a large dinner table and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bottom floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine, a small bedroom and a large bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning and a Samsung smart-tv.

Outside on the upper level there’s a terrace with a large table and chairs for al fresco eating, a small fridge and a barbecue. On the lower level there’s an outdoor shower and a private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds (4 extra are available in storage for larger groups, free of charge). Next to the swimming pool is a large lounge area with a barbecue.
