The swimming pool offers wonderful views, but please bear in mind that walking on or climbing onto the outer edges is prohibited due to the risk of falling, and you should take this into account if you are travelling with children in your care.

Buenavista was newly built in 2018 on a large 1,337 m2 plot with a total constructed area of ​​250 m2 spread over two separate floors. The entire house is air-conditioned and has individual split units in each room.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large terrace facing the pool.
The living room connects to a modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On the same floor, there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a good workspace.
On the ground floor, independent from the rest of the house, there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. One of them has a work desk and accessories for using tablets or PCs.
