"La Brisa Marina is a real gem, steeped in history and family memories. Once owned by our client's father, this flat is brimming with character and charm. You'll be enchanted by the marine frescoes that adorn the walls, testifying to the family's deep connection with the sea and the maritime world.

The flat has three comfortable bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin, providing the ideal sleeping space for a family. The large dining room with open kitchen is the perfect place to share meals with the family, while the loggia offers extra space to relax and enjoy the gentle sea breeze.
For families travelling with young children, we provide a range of practical equipment such as a high chair, folding pushchair, children's bath and booster seats, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

The flat is fully equipped with crockery to meet the needs of a family, and also includes a microwave, oven and washing machine for your convenience.

## Access

Located on the first floor, our flat enjoys a privileged location close to all services and amenities. Although the flat does not have a car park, the Mercadona supermarket car park is nearby, providing a convenient solution for parking your vehicle during your stay.
With the Mercadona supermarket, as well as numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, you'll have everything you need within easy reach for a carefree stay.

Access to the building and flat is simple with our connected lock and intercom. Before you arrive, we'll provide you with access codes via our traveller app, so you can settle in with peace of mind as soon as you arrive.

## Transit

ACCES
Plane: The nearest airport to Benidorm is Alicante-Elche Airport, approximately 60 kilometres from the town. From the airport, you can take a taxi, bus or hire a car to the address. There are also regular bus services from the airport to Benidorm.

Valencia airport is another option for getting to Benidorm. Although it is a little further away than Alicante airport, it is still possible to get to Benidorm from there.
Train: The nearest train station to Benidorm is Benidorm Station, which is served by high-speed (AVE) and regional trains. You can take a taxi or bus from the station to the address.

Motorway access: Benidorm is served by the AP-7 motorway, also known as the Autopista del Mediterráneo. This motorway connects Benidorm with major Spanish cities such as Valencia and Alicante. You can exit the motorway at Benidorm and follow the signs to the address.
