PICS R DECEIVING

Had to visit Bangalore for a friend's reception in Indiranagar n chose this plc based on its proximity to Indiranagar and pix posted on the website Positive things are the location and the reception desk that was kind enuf to let me check in a couple of hrs prior to my actual check in tym Negatives really outweigh all the positives These pics r quite deceiving and the hotel is just about OK They don't have a kitchen of their own so be prepared to eat food that is served after an hour of ordering it. Also u wl nvr get what u ordered for and food will b cold and overpriced The intercom was not working The shower was clogged and not working The nearby temple also keeps playing music all day long so if ur planning on staying in the hotel itself n not venture out I wud suggest finding a btr plc All in all I'm sure there are btr places to stay even if u hv to pay a lil bit more Pls don't trust the pics

Cheap imitation of a good hotel

While I was checking in, the desk clerk asked me for a "voucher". I had to forward the expedia email to the hotel's email address before they accepted me. The room seemed to have it's original furnishings and decor (circa 1990). No one had invested money to keep it modern and clean. The "breakfast" was up on the roof. Only one dish was available. It appeared that the hotel staff had picked up something from a cafe and was dishing it out to guests. No one appeared to have gone through the room to make sure that it was ready for a guest. After I had a shower, I avoided touching anything and checked out. The neighbourhood dogs appear to use the road in front of the hotel as a rendezvous for romance and fighting.

quite good for the price

stayed for 3 nights before departing India . Citadel was just about as expected considering the room rate . i had booked the top range room but i suspect all rooms are of the same staandard. The room however was very comfortable and i enjoyed my stay the one morning i had Breakfast it was a nightmare to the extent where an Indian customer apologised to me on behalf of the hotel and india in general. Given my budget and when compared to prices for similar rooms in the same area of Bangalore i would reuse this hotel
