The Space:

Located in Kennington, this spacious home is a great base for your next stay in Bendigo. The CBD is less than 10 minutes away by car, while La Trobe University and Kennington Reservoir are just a few minutes away, making the property a convenient choice for families, couples, workers and students.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, with one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, sleeping up to six guests. One bedroom also includes a desk and chair, providing a handy workspace for anyone needing to catch up on work during their stay.

Inside, the light-filled home has a comfortable and welcoming feel. The separate living room features a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring Bendigo. The living room can be closed off from the kitchen and dining area, creating a little extra privacy when needed.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine.

The recently renovated bathroom is a standout, featuring a beautiful finish, oval bath, shower and toilet. Bathroom amenities are provided for your convenience, and the separate laundry includes both a washing machine and dryer for guests to use during their stay.

Outside, the large undercover deck is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a BBQ or gather with family and friends. With outdoor furniture and a spacious, fully fenced backyard, there’s plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.





PortaCot Available:

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

Please note:



- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Kennington is a family-friendly suburb located in the historic city of Bendigo. This home is conveniently located close to many of Bendigo's main attractions. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Bendigo's CBD (Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery) and less than a 3 minute drive from La Trobe University. Kennington house is also nearby Kennington Reservoir and many shops/cafes.
