"Juniper Ascending" Romantic Riverfront Studio in Downtown Bend

This studio, which we've nicknamed "Juniper Ascending," can sleep two. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, or a solo traveler. The studio has a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. It was completely remodeled recently and features a fireplace, air conditioning/heating and a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just about every inch of this studio has been updated. The owners put in hardwood floor, remodeled their kitchen and updated all the appliances. The full kitchen features a range oven, microwave, refrigerator and stove top. The owners are currently still in the process of making this fantastic unit wheelchair accessible, so some more exciting updates are underway. Please note that the photos might vary slightly as these improvements take shape. Cookware and dishes are included. A glass sliding door opens up onto a grassy patio where you can lay out on the lawn and take in the Deschutes River racing by. You're right on the edge of downtown Bend, in the heart of Central Oregon and juniper forests.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

Guests have access to on-site card operated laundry machines and a indoor heated pool and hot tub, so don't forget to bring your swimsuits! Additionally, if you would like to bring the furry friends along, there is a one-time fee of $55.95 per pet with a max of two per unit.
